Reserving a Painting

If you would like to buy any of the art work displayed on this website, please use the “Reserve Now” function (displayed below every painting). You will receive an automated email response confirming the details of the art work you have booked and a follow-up email confirming the various shipping and insurance costs associated with delivery as well as the methods of payment available to you.

Once a booking is confirmed, the art work will be held for a maximum of 10 business days. If we do not receive payment within that time, we reserve the right to release the art work for general sale. Once payment has been received in full, the art work will be shipped or couriered to you at the address specified by you.

Pricing

Unless stated otherwise, all prices are in Indian Rupees. If you are paying in any other currency, your price will be calculated based on the exchange rate on the date of sale.

Prices do not include any import charges payable, if any, in your country of residence. Unfortunately, we cannot help you with these!

We are happy to help you arrange the framing of your art work. Otherwise, all paintings are delivered unframed and the prices on the website do not include framing costs.

We currently only accept payment by wire transfer, cheque or demand draft payable to “Amaya Art”. Further details of payment will be provided when you reserve a painting.

Delivery

The prices on the website do not include delivery charges or insurance cover. We will advise you of the delivery and insurance costs associated with shipping and/or couriering the art work to you when you reserve a painting.
